PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Still book accordingly! This sale only includes a signature vanilla heart cake with a 2 layered 6in circle cake for $60. This will ONLY include a happy birthday topper and your color of choice. It DOES NOT include metallic colors, custom toppers, edible images. However, they all can be added for an additional fee. You will supply your color, *please add your color in the special request section and the projected month if you have it*
***Please be aware that certain dates will book in advance so you will need to let me know as soon as you start planning because DATES ARE NOT guaranteed if not booked in advance.*** Sale is still held to the same standards....Cake notice date should be 1-2 weeks in advance. This sale, once purchases, is good through any available date 2025.
Additional charges include an automated 5% fee. Changes to your cakes size, description, flavors, etc. will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the event date. After that lockout date we cannot accept any changes. Changes may affect the price of the cake. In the event of cancellation: Cakes cancelled prior to the 14-day lockout date will be refunded. Cakes cancelled after the 14-day lockout date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event – please contact us to discuss options.

1. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.
2. For this sale the payment is due immediately and you immediately agree to all the terms and conditions
3. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. (IN THIS CASE ONCE SALE IS PURCHASED) Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
4. DELIVERY AND SETUP is listed in the contract for an additional fee*
5. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 73 degrees or below.
6. If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Exquisite Delights by Lighty’s possession.
7. On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
8. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
9. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Exquisite Delights by Lighty to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
*cakes may contain inedible objects such as: dowel supports, support straws, toothpicks, toy toppers, card toppers/decorations
***Please remember that cakes and treats are not to be left unattended in a vehicle***
*all cakes that are not cheesecakes should be refrigerated until about an hour before the event (cheesecakes remain refrigerated the entire time
